Our emotional past may paint stories to convince us they are true here today. Allow yourself to question these stories. Inquire, who is this dramatic story teller who seeks to trick us into a life of scarcity , falseness and disempowerment?
In the moment of capturing this image of the trickster we begin to see the places where we have hidden, in fright of these nightmares and dark shadows.
